The Master Cleanse

You need to prepare the master cleanse in the following manner
* 8 oz of water
* Fresh lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
* Maple syrup-2 tablespoon
* A pinch of cayenne pepper
Consume between 6 to 12 glasses of this juice every day. Continue cleansing for at least 10 days. If you are comfortable, you can continue cleansing for a month.
When you see the color of the tongue change to pink, it is an indication that that the cleansing is done.

While you are not the lemon cleanse, the food intake should be strictly avoided. You can drink either laxative tea or one or two glasses of lemonade. You need to follow the steps mentioned after the cleansing is over and you return to the normal diet.
