However, this is not true and contrarily, less intake of food actually acts as hindrance for losing weight.</p>
<p>Remember that people used to diet even million years ago. People ate calorie rich food. Some people starved to cut down the calories. People survived even when the food intake was too low. This is to say that even when out food consumption is low, our mechanism in our body will help us survive.</p>
<p>It is observed in most researches that the food intake of an obese person is same as that of a lean person. The difference is in the fat consumption. Thin people consume more of carbohydrates and intake very low quantity of fat.</p>

However, lose in weight is actually loss in muscles and water and not fat loss. When you regain the weight, you accumulate fat. To avoid this, exercise everyday and improve your metabolism.</p>
<p>Walking is one of the simplest and best exercises. It helps in weight loss, strengthens bones, and tones the muscles. When you choose an exercise program, ensure that you can follow it regularly and with ease.</p>
